A strong community is created through the vision-driven and innovative thinking of a great leader. Residential Life - Fraternity & Sorority Life aims to provide incoming chapter leaders with the resources they need to succeed in building brotherhood or sisterhood, programming community and philanthropic events, and mediating conflict. Chapter Leaders should work with their FSL advisor to regularly consult about their chapter’s activities.
