Residential Life includes a team of 154 student employees- Resident Advisers (RAs). RAs develop a healthy community by focusing on the growth and development of each individual in their residence hall and promote an environment conducive to the overall wellness needs of residents. RAs are creative, team players, and great listeners.

Interested in becoming a resident adviser for 2025–26? Please review all guidelines and submit your resident adviser application. The application will open on October 21, 2024.
