New USL Preferred Vendor Recommendation Webform

Undergraduate Student Life welcomes recommendations for new preferred vendors. Please complete the New USL Preferred Vendor Recommendation Webform to recommend adding a new USL Preferred Vendor to the USL Preferred Vendor List. Purchase Requests (PRs, previously called FTFs) are an IOU and serve as a form to guarantee vendor payment from USL. Vendors recommended should be located near the Morningside Campus, capable of sustaining a high volume of transactions, and adhere to the payment terms and conditions outlined in the webform.
