Events/Workshops

First-in-Family Programs (FiF) support Columbia’s first-generation undergraduates and those who identify as first-gen, helping them thrive in the college environment. FiF offers a variety of events, including seminars, resource panels, academic advising, social events, and informal support, to build community and help all Columbia students excel. For questions about joining the First-in-Family First Year Seminar in Fall 2024 (first years only), email us at fif@columbia.edu.
