1. Form your study group. Fill out the below form and we'll connect you with other interested students. Study group can be formed for undergraduate courses, as well as exams such as MCAT or LSAT.

2. Find your study space. After being connected, discuss where to meet. You can use the many study spaces on campus or reserve study rooms (but make sure to do this early).

What is the Visiting and Exchange Student Network (VESN)?

VESN is a network of Columbia College and SEAS students selected to serve as resources to Visiting & Exchange Students while facilitating social, cultural, and intellectual exchange. This program seeks to help students make the most of their time, both at Columbia and in New York City.

Can I change my section of Literature Humanities?

To change your section of Literature Humanities, use the CHANGE SECTION feature on SSOL when your registration window opens.  If that fails, the Core Office in 202 Hamilton will accept requests to change sections starting at 9am on the first day of classes, Tuesday, September 4 through 5pm on Monday, September 10.   The Core office will accept pairs of petitions from students wishing to swap sections with each other. 

 

How do I change my section of University Writing?

University Writing sections cannot be changed on SSOL. You may request a change by submitting a petition to John Stobo in the Undergraduate Writing Program Office in 310 Philosophy Hall. Please see this website for further details: https://www.college.columbia.edu/core/node/3908

Enhancing Your Relationship: A Workshop

This hands-on sequential 3-session workshop will provide practical tools for couples who wish to strengthen their relationship. Topics include: * Understanding relational expectations and beliefs * How to nurture the positives in a relationship * How to improve problem solving ability and communication skills.

For: Couples only (one member of couple must be a Columbia student who has paid the Health Services Fee)
