Preparing to Graduate
Countdown to Class Day is a resource for Columbia College and Columbia Engineering students to help them complete the tasks necessary to graduate and stay in the know about Class Day and University Commencement. Families of graduating students will also receive monthly graduation-related emails beginning in their student’s final spring semester.
Auditing Progress Towards the Degree
Columbia College and Columbia Engineering students are able to log into Student Services Online (SSOL) to review their Degree Audit Report (DAR), which can be used to monitor progress toward the degree and can also serve as a tool when discussing and choosing courses during advising sessions.
Planning for Life After Columbia
The Center for Career Education (CCE) empowers students to make informed career decisions, build job search skills, gain work experience, and connect professionally with employers. Students can work one-on-one with counselors to create and track their career-related goals each year and learn how to navigate resources, programs, and job and internship opportunities. Check out CCE’s career resources.
Becoming an Alumnus/a
The relationship with Columbia does not end when your student graduates! The Columbia Alumni Association as well as the Columbia College Alumni Association and Columbia Engineering Alumni Association connect alumni all over the world through gatherings, events, volunteer opportunities and more.
