A room block has been set aside for COFHE participants at Hotel Belleclaire. This lovely boutique hotel is located on the Upper West Side within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the world's leading performing arts facility, Lincoln Center. It is a short subway ride up to Columbia University, down to the Theater District, or to downtown Manhattan.
To confirm reservations online, please follow these steps:
- Go to www.hotelbelleclaire.com.
- Click on the RESERVE tab at the top of the page.
- Enter the requested dates of stay.
- In the GROUP CODE box, enter our group code: COFHEConf.
- Click “Check Rates.”
- Select room type, and confirm reservation.
If making reservations by phone, please contact the hotel and mention "COLUMBIA COFHE" to receive our special rate.
The special rate is valid Sunday night through Monday night, but may be available before and after for those who book early! The NYC ING Marathon is Sunday, November 4, so book early to reserve your room and to get the best rate on extra nights. All rooms must be booked by October 2, 2013, to receive this rate. Any rooms cancelled after October 2, 2013, will be subject to one night room and tax fee.
