This Hub is a space for students of any college, major, or interest to engage with sustainable development in relevant terms for them. This organization is a linkage community for students from different spaces of Columbia’s network to engage in high-level discussions on pathways for youth engagement with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The value of SDSN Youth network combined with the intellectual spaces of Columbia will help students translate their educational journey beyond the classroom. Serving as a pathway for the next generation of sustainability-minded professionals, this Hub functions at the intersection of education and action. The SDG Students Hub at Columbia will facilitate an interdisciplinary framework of thinking that prepares students to address modern challenges. We are committed to act locally, translating the Global Goals into solutions for New York City.
