Milagro Chavez-Cisneros (she/her) is a senior at Columbia University majoring in Ethnicity and Race Studies from Richmond, Virginia. While at Columbia, she has served on the boards of Casa Latina, Alianza, the Student Organization of Latinxs, Latinx Heritage Month, and on the Latinx Graduation Committee. She has also been a mentor in the Columbia Mentorship Initiative and at the Double Discovery Center. After graduation, she will be moving to North Carolina to work on education policy as an Associate Policy Analyst at The Hunt Institute.
