Student Newsletters: Submission Form

We invite staff representatives from campus units to submit requests to include content in Monday or Friday newsletters below.

Students will receive two newsletters each week to more effectively highlight the broad range of cocurricular programs and extracurricular events open to the CC/SEAS undergraduate community. Submitted content may be included in either the Monday or Friday newsletter depending on where it best fits in accordance with our updated editorial guidelines.

Monday Newsletter: Focuses on cocurricular programming, events, opportunities, deadlines, academic reminders, and major announcements. Distributed on Monday evenings throughout the semester.

Friday Newsletter: Features extracurricular events, cultural programming, athletics, and editorial content from across CC/SEAS and the University. Distributed on Friday mornings throughout the semester. 

Fall 2024 content submission schedule:  

Our twice weekly cadence of student newsletters will run from September 3 — December 9 this semester. Spring 2025 newsletters will resume on January 21, 2025.

Please note: Submissions do not guarantee inclusion; proposed content must align with newsletter criteria and allotted space, and may be included in either the Monday or Friday newsletter depending on updated editorial guidelines. Communications may copy edit or adjust submitted content as needed to adhere to best practices.
