Undergraduate Student Life advisers request that groups complete this form to better assist advisers with negotiating space reservations for student group events taking place during Spring 2025. Remember, you must submit your pre-calendaring submissions in Virtual EMS. Please review information about pre-calendaring on the UEM website. Your pre-calendaring requests must be submitted BEFORE you complete this form.
The form's ranking system allows for you to clearly communicate your priorities to us as we represent your group. We know that you think the time, date, day of the week and location are all "very important". However, when you step back and consider your request, you may realize that having your event on a certain day of the week is actually more important than having it on a specific date. Likewise, you may decide that any date is fine as long as you can get a specific location during evening hours. Ranking the importance of all of these categories will help guide us as we work to accommodate your needs. If you do not rank or provide an alternate date, then it makes it more challenging for advisers to advocate for your group. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but having more options helps all advisers and student groups.
Pre-calendared events scheduled within the first 3 weeks of classes that require an event review to be confirmed must be reviewed by your adviser.
We ask that you submit this form for your group’s major events no later than Monday, December 2 at 5:00 p.m. You do not need to include your weekly meeting request.
