TALK is a new, student-run online and print publication based out of Columbia University's Intercultural Resource Center (IRC). We are dedicated to creating an accessible and consolidated resource to amplify the voice of activist organizations (and individuals) on campus. We hope to bring more people in the Columbia community into the conversation about social justice and to translate that interest into action. We are both a voice and a platform dedicated to powerful action, social justice, and radical perspectives on the Columbia University campus and in the Harlem/New York City community.
We'll be a go-to directory for social justice on campus, with organization listings and a comprehensive calendar of events that will be updated daily.
We have four Goals:

b) Unite
c) Broadcast
d) Act
We are, above all, a tool for education and action. Through meaningful, healthy, thoughtful, and empowering conversations, we can begin to understand the deep, complex, and difficult issues that affect us all. We feel that by promoting discourse and creating social action we can work to create a better community on campus and a better society.
