Mackenzi has been involved with QuestBridge Scholars Network, Under1Roof, Columbia Tutoring and Learning Center, and the Justice Ambassadors Youth Council through the Center for Justice during her time at Columbia. At the center of her academic studies is justice centered education, particularly for Black students. This fall she will be a full-time English Teaching Fellow at Riverdale Country School while earning a Master's of Education at Penn's Graduate School of Education.
