Luis Perez grew up a few miles away from Columbia in Washington Heights. At Columbia, he has served as a COÖP Leader, President of Grupo Quisqueyano, and Chair of the National Dominican Student Conference. I’m proud to be the first Ivy League graduate of my family and I thank Mami, Papi, Tata, Jayden, and Chloe for supporting me.
