The eldest of three sisters, Sarai Mendoza Michel is the first in her family to graduate from college. Over the past four years she has served in various leadership positions, notably as a residential assistant for three years and treasurer of Chicanx Caucus for two years. She is a proud graduate of Barnard College and a proud product of immigrant parents from Mexico. Post-graduation, she hopes to attend graduate school and obtain a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and one day be called Dr. Michel!
