Kristal Du is a Columbia College senior majoring in Psychology and concentrating in Business Management originally from Beijing, China. During her time at Columbia, Kristal has devoted herself to fostering diverse and inclusive communities in her capacity as the President and Co-Conference Chair of Columbia Women’s Business Society (CWBS), the largest pre-professional organization at Columbia encompassing over 3,300 members. Kristal spearheaded the highest-attended undergraduate Women’s Business Conference at Columbia in 2023 and oversaw the actualization of 14 new initiatives attracting 1,300+ attendees. Beyond CWBS, Kristal is also a member of Asian Youth Program, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Psi Chi Honor Society. Upon graduation, she is excited to stay in New York and continue her work in Consulting.
My experience at Columbia is made possible by friends and faculty who have graciously offered their time and encouragement to make Columbia my home away from home. I would also like to thank my parents, Michael and Rena, for their unwavering support and guidance throughout my college journey.
