Maya is a senior in SEAS, majoring in Operations Research. She was a two-time captain of the Columbia field hockey team, and Co-President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. She also served as the Ivy League Vice Chair of SAAC. She has also been involved in The Hidden Opponent which advocates for student athlete mental health and the Make a Play Foundation for underrepresented student athlete career skill development.
