As a distinguished Senior at Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences majoring in Computer Science, Alice exemplifies leadership, inclusion, and advocacy, earning her the prestigious Leadership and Excellence Award. Serving as the Vice President of Voice in Sport, she has been instrumental in advancing women's equality within athletics. Her commitment to inclusion extends through her active participation in Athlete Ally, where she champions LGBTQ+ rights, reflecting her dedication to fostering an environment of diversity and acceptance. As a pivotal member of the Division I Columbia Women’s Swimming and Diving team, Alice has not only demonstrated her athletic prowess but has also led the team as captain for two consecutive years, inspiring her teammates with her resilience and dedication. Her involvement in the Women in Computer Science club further underscores her commitment to breaking barriers and encouraging more women to enter and flourish in the male-dominated field of Computer Science.
